Why can't find the item I saw on social media?
We do our best to maintain a stock of popular items however we have 100+ different custom fabrics and often times sell the item before it makes it to the site. If you saw something on social media and can't find it for purchase, contact us - we will be happy to help or make it for you.
Where can I locate my tracking number?
Once your order is processed, a shipping confirmation email will be sent out with a tracking number. Processing time depends on the item purchased.
What is your turnaround time?
All items are handmade. Ready to ship sales will take 1-2 business days to process and ship. Made to Order items will take 7-10 business days to process and ship.
Can I have my order expedited?
Due to Covid-19, expedited delivery is not available at this time.
Will my item look exactly like as the picture?
Ready to ship items are the exact item pictured in the listing. Made to Order items may vary. We make no guarantee of how the item will look once the order is complete. Since everything is handmade, character placement may vary with each item. Items such as zippers and inside fabrics will also vary between items.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes. However, please email us details of the custom item you are hoping for.
Do you offer wholesale orders/pricing?

Do you sell your fabrics?
Unfortunately not. Each custom fabric has been pre-ordered and has taken approximately 8-16 weeks to arrive. We estimate the popularity of fabric styles when we place our order so we may run out of a certain fabric faster then we anticipated. We are happy to share where we purchase our fabrics, although sometimes we cannot remember specifically where we purchased it all.
Do you have an affiliate program?

Do you ship international?
Yes. Cost varies by weight.
What if there is a problem with my order when it arrives?
We strive to carefully inspect each item prior to shipping but something can slip by. Please review Store Policies and email us with any concerns at email@example.com
Can I exchange or get a refund for my item?
